F.A.Q

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
it heavily depends on where you're from!
i will have the orders shipped every wednesday, so that national orders can still arrive by friday (hopefully).
as for pre-orders, it will take longer than usual.
the items that are in pre-order mode will ALWAYS have it stated on the title and description, so please look carefully before placing an order.

The colors look a bit different from the product that I got!
I try to edit my product pictures in a way that keeps it as faithful as possible to the product itself. However, some screens may show slight differences, which is out of my control!! Sorry!!

Can I get a refund or cancellation?
i don't offer refunds or cancellations, sorry!! please read everything thoroughly in the description of the items and the check-out. i'd also like to remind that PRE-ORDER items in my shop take longer to process!!
so please be patient.

I wrote my shipping address wrong!
let me know as soon as possible if this happens!
if the item has already been shipped, however, there's not much I can do about it. if it's sent back to me I can send it again with the correct shipping address, but you will have to pay for shipping once again.

I want tracked shipping!
i hear you!! currently the only way i've found to include tracked shipping is by adding it to your order. it counts as a "product" but you won't receive any physical item, just the code so you know where your goodies are!!

The item was stolen or damaged!
unfortunately, this is beyond my control.
i try to package everything as carefully as possible, so I'm afraid that, if an item is damaged, it's the mail carrier's fault.

My item is stuck in customs!
some packages go through without getting stuck in customs, others do. 
if you are an international buyer, i recommend you get tracked shipping so that you can monitor your package closely. that being said, customs / taxes / duties are to be paid by the buyer 100% since i have no say in the matter!!
